Schweitzer Mountain!

Schweitzer! The Great Outdoor Track and the Health & Wellness Track teamed up to go ski and board on the mountain. The weather cooperated with a plethora of powder.

Winter Olympics (?)

The Great Outdoors Track students started their own Olympic Winter games with a flaming arrow. Then they played double ball, had a snow sculpture contest, then fireside lunch, long match building and competition before finishing their snowy day!

Learning About Avalanches & Outdoor First Aid

The Great Outdoors Track students learned about how to assess avalanche danger by reading the snow, and how to find victims of avalanches using probes and beacons.
