Getting Ready!

Students in the Great Outdoors Track spent Friday getting ready for the upcoming 2016 Idaho State Forestry Contest in Careywood. They spent time preparing for four categories: log scaling, tree and plant identification, silviculture for small-lot land owners, and orienteering.  (Videos too)

Hitting The Rakes

Students spent an extra day out on the disc golf course to take advantage of the great weather. They raked, prepped, and seeded the surface. Just...about...there!

Drone Flyover

James Cope used a drone to complete a video overview of the CFHS disc golf course. Pretty cool! Here we see the Great Outdoors Track students at work improving the course. And the work is coming along nicely. Good work people and thanks James!
(Warning: the video ends with a crash!)
